REGISTRATION FEES

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

IAC Members + Non-Members

The registration fee includes:

Access to all academic activities
Accommodation for 6 nights during the Congress (27 June – 2 July, departure 3 July) *
Transportation (in Jingdezhen, to and from the airport)
Cultural visits + exhibition tours
Coffee breaks
Lunches **
Dinners (including the Welcome and Farewell banquets) **
IAC/UNESCO Night
Visits to local sites ***
Access to Replay On Demand

Non-Members from mainland China

The registration fee includes:

Access to all academic activities
Cultural visits + exhibition tours
Coffee breaks
Access to Replay On Demand

Accompanying Persons

The registration fee includes

Accommodation for 6 nights during the Congress (27 June – 2 July, departure 3 July) in a shared room with main person attending *
Transportation (in Jingdezhen, to and from the airport)
Cultural visits + exhibition tours
Lunches **
Dinners (including the Welcome and Farewell banquets) **
Visits to local sites ***

Students (domestic or foreign)

Locally enrolled students can attend the Congress free of charge.

The registration fee includes:

Access to all academic activities
Access to the free portion of the cultural programme (visits and exhibition tours)
Coffee breaks

Press

Foreign Press: Limited complementary registration subject to validation by the Host Committee and obligation to promote the event in their press outlet(s) and provide proof thereof.

Daily Passes

Available for non-members only.

The registration fee includes:

Access to all academic activities on that day
Cultural visits + exhibitions tours on that day
Coffee break

Post-Congress Tours

* The registration fee covers a hotel room for the listed 6 nights of the Congress. If you choose to arrive earlier you may pay for additional nights and the Host will ensure you keep the same room until the end of the Congress. Earlier registration on-site is possible from 26 June. Departure is fixed for 3 July.
** Saturday 27 June 2026 is a free day for early registration, exploration and rest in preparation for the week ahead. Meals and activities on this day are at the participant’s own cost.
*** Saturday 27 June 2026 includes plenty of free time to visit local sites. The sites themselves will have free entrance, but transportation to them is not included nor organised by the Host.

PAYMENT

Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in CNY (fees displayed in EUR on the website for reference).

Please choose your payment method in the online registration form. The options are:

From abroad: VISA / Mastercard payments only
From within China: Alipay, Weixin Pay (possibly others methods to be confirmed)

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made by email to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellations received before midnight Beijing time on Friday 15 May 2026 will be refunded the deposit minus a 25% administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
